Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

We hope that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we do offer a no quibble returns policy as long as the goods are returned to us unworn(apart from trying on!) in the original packaging within 30 days. Goods will be refunded within 3 days from receipt and in the event of faulty goods or goods sent in error we will also refund postage.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Returned goods are the responsibilty of the buyer until received back, it is always advisable to send via a tracked method so proof of return can be obtained.

We are also more than happy to exchange goods for an alternative size should we have it in stock.

Shipping

We currently only ship to the UK and Europe but enquiries are welcome from other destinations so please contact us for further information.

We aim to despatch all orders within 1 business day, orders received by 12.30pm are generally despatched same day.
